Hands-on, not layered
We started in 2013 automating the parts of e-commerce nobody wanted to touch — reimbursements, inventory reconciliation, marketplace operations. Twelve years later the work spans logistics, ERP, accounting, healthcare scheduling, telecom, real estate and staffing, but the setup hasn't changed: a qualified developer and a project manager on every project, and the founder reachable throughout.
We stayed small on purpose. Twenty-six engineers is enough to run enterprise-scale systems and small enough that nothing gets handed to a stranger halfway through. Several of our developers have been in the market for more than ten years, and they are the ones writing the code — not reviewing the work of a subcontractor three time zones away.
The clients who find us usually already tried the shortcut. They bought the plugin, hired the agency, wired four SaaS tools together with spreadsheets — and the operation still runs on someone's memory. That's the point where custom software stops being a luxury and starts being the cheaper option, and it's the conversation we have most often.

Jacob Rottenberg
Jacob started Ez Cloud in 2013 solving his own problem first — the operational mess of selling at scale on Amazon. Reimbursements nobody chased, inventory numbers nobody trusted, reports that took a person a day to assemble. The tools he built for that work turned into products, and the products turned into a client list.
That marketplace background is still the sharpest part of our engineering — but it stopped being the boundary years ago. Today the same team builds ERP for staffing agencies, scheduling for healthcare operations, accounting automation and logistics platforms. Jacob speaks at industry events across the country, including the White Label World Expo at the Javits Center in New York, and he is still the person on the other end of the first call.

Most of our clients came from a referral, and referrals only survive if the thing keeps running. We maintain what we build.
